Whilst the majority of cases requiring an Expert Witness will settle out of court through mediation, Neil is experienced at presenting oral evidence in court. He has participated in pre-trial Expert Witness conclaves, concurrent evidence (commonly known as “Hot Tubbing”) during trial and has been cross examined on numerous occasions. Neil has even had the pleasure of being deposed in the US Court system as an Expert Valuer!

With this first-hand experience, Neil is fully conversant with the Expert Witness Code of Conduct and his overriding duty to assist the Court impartially on matters relevant to his area of expertise only.

Neil works diligently to provide Expert Witness opinions in language that is easy to comprehend whilst ensuring his expert opinions have the rigour to withstand cross examination in court.
