AVIATION
Neil Schiller is an expert aviation valuer having valued everything from single engine aircraft to commercial jets.
These expert valuations were completed for acquisition purposes, refinance purposes and in many instances, revaluation to liberate equity from the asset when the values increased over time, or the borrower had paid down the loans and was seeking to generate some cash.
The balance sheet driven need for an expert valuer were often the drivers for the valuations Neil completed.
