A day in the life of a valuer – coming out of Hibernation!

Like many of us my life as an expert valuer has been quite surreal for the last 6 weeks or so. I have been working throughout, which gets me out on the road a little, however I have also been cooped up at home, along with the rest of my family.

There has been some good times had, and some quite stressful times worrying about business, health and of course family.

I am sure I am not the only one experiencing children with urgent needs for a new app/charger or bike tyre pumped up right in the middle of a telephone conversation.

There is also the pressing teenage technology/WIFI crisis that erupts when I am trying to complete a report. These crises can often be fixed by simply turning the damn things off!!

We have done some great things as a family, some of which involved flour, an oven and often sugar, and all of us having a crack at artisan baking.

The good thing about all of these experiences we are having is that it will all get better and we are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel…….and hopefully it is not a freight train!

BTW – the wood fired pizza was made by an expert valuer.
